At C Tech Training, we are committed to the success of our students. We offer a 100% refund of the course fee if a student is unable to secure a job within one (1) year of completing their course, provided they meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Active Job Applications:

• Students must apply to at least 10 to 15 relevant job positions per month for 12 consecutive months after course completion.
• Applications must be for jobs that align with the training received.

• Tailored Resumes:

• Each application must include a resume that is 80%-100% tailored to the specific job posting.
• Generic resumes will not be accepted.

• Application Log & Documentation:

• Students must maintain a Job Application Log with details including company name, job title, date/time of application, resume used, and responses.
• All applications must be stored in Google Drive or OneDrive.
• The date of upload in Google Drive or OneDrive will be used to verify authenticity.

• Verification Process:

• C Tech Training will verify applications by contacting the companies applied to.
• The student must actively seek employment and demonstrate genuine effort.

• Refund Timeline:

• Once verification is successfully completed, C Tech Training will process the 100% refund within 3 to 6 months.

• Exclusions:

• The refund policy does not apply if the student refuses interviews, fails to submit records, does not meet the required number of applications, or fails to demonstrate genuine effort.

This policy is designed to ensure that students actively pursue job opportunities while maintaining fairness and transparency. By enrolling in the course, students acknowledge and agree to these terms.
